If my child is hurt at school, what protocol is followed?

Report the incident to the school principal as soon as possible. Incident/injury forms will be issued for completion and incident that led to student’s injury will be investigated. If the incident that led to injury is not investigated expeditiously or thoroughly contact school’s principal leader for further resolution.
