About Us

Emerson Elementary-Middle School, offering grades Pre-K to 8, emphasizes technology and science throughout the curriculum, including state-of-the-art technology in every classroom, robotics, community gardening and outdoor classroom experiences. Our students are guided to achieve academic excellence within a Professional Learning Community led by highly qualified staff. Cooperation, collaboration, and high expectations are part of the instructional platform used to prepare each student to achieve and compete in an ever-changing global society. Instructional staff and students explore and discover together in an environment that is safe, healthy and conducive to learning. Our school is housed on a two-building campus, located in the northwest area of the city adjacent to Milan Park.
