About Us

Through a small school setting, Osborn Evergreen Academy of Design Technology and Alternative Energy infuses academic rigor in a caring, safe, learning community with a focus on an eco-friendly environment and artistic excellence. Using an interdisciplinary approach, students will experience learning theory and practice with real-world opportunities for application. Osborn Evergreen students will benefit from small class sizes, which allow for more one-on-one interaction with teachers and paid internships with community business partners.

Osborn Evergreen serves grades 9-12 and takes advantage of enrichment, community service and other opportunities through our relationships with community partners including: United Way, Linked Learning Detroit, The Skillman Foundation, Black Family Development, Neighborhood Service Organization, BuildOn, Michigan State University, Quicken Loans, JAG Program, DHS, General Motors, Community in Schools, and St. John Health Center.
